can those who have done this mod please post any relevant information regarding building/buying the parts required to make a functioning police light bar/flashing lights for a 1/24 scale rc?

I posted a circuit for two alternating flashing LEDs that I used in my ambulance Zip. Search for ambulance or LEDs and it should come up. I think there is a component diagram in there too.
