I have made a dual cell, but there are some problems. I charge it for two (sometimes more) minutes. But it will only drive for 5-10 secunds. Do I use to large wire or what??

you do realize that a single cell is 1.2V, and a dual cell is according (2.4V). that means the charger on the controller is only capeable of charging one battery. a seperate charger is needed.
heres a link to a thread that you need, look at the bottom, it explains what you need.

I don't know what's wrong with that, but you may be able to use a charger made for 2.4V. A Zipzap monster truck controller should fit it if you hold the bit down with a rubber band.
Also, one of the batteries may be dead or damaged from the soldering, or the PCB may be fried.

Are you sure that you put insulator beetween battery and terminal ? If you didn`t, one of your battery is short-circued ....
