Should I paint on the INSIDE of the clear shell car? Or should I cover the tape on the OUTSIDE and paint the outside? Which would look/feel better?

it depends on the effect u want if u want a simple smooth painjob paint it from the inside but if u want a complicated paintjob with a lot of detail mask off the windsheild and the light n then paint it. i would suggest an airbrush but if u cant get one use a spray paint can.
