Just pry it out, it takes a little work and will probably shoot across the room...

Ok, ive yanked mine off, and decided its really hard to get them back on, Any tips for that? and also... is it really necessary? I was driving it around without it and it seemed to be doing fine.
Edit: Nevermind, realized without a bar makes it take forever to turn when at speed.

i have no problems doing it.
hold the car with the front facing away from you and
wedge your thumbnails under either side and kinda lift up. it comes out without too much force.
ive also found that different bars dont make much of a difference.

Hurray! Sucsess! Hadda hold the car off the table so the struts wouldnt knock the bar outta place, then set the close side in, and jam it with the end of a mechanical pencil so it snapped... Finnaly lol
