hey everyone... i just want to express my disgust for this evening's xmod run... let's start with this morning when i received my brand new aluminum wheel nuts from eBay.
i was so excited, got them on, and hit the road.
so i'm drifting, speeding up and down the pavement, sliding, and what not... having a blast with my xmod (well... until neurokinetik's civic gets here
)... anyways, i noticed sparks coming from my car... i was like "whaaaa?!?!?". upon closer inspection, i noticed my lip was scraping... thinking a screw came loose i picked up my xmod. to my disbelief i was missing my left front wheel and wheel nut, and the wheel nut on the left rear wheel (fortunatly the wheel was still intact).
so i just basically threw $2 out the window and a new wheel (which i had custom mounted to some SUPER soft slicks). so tomorrow i'm off to radio shack for a brand new wheel and tire set and i have alrerady ordered 3 sets of metal wheel nuts on eBay... (cause you never know
)
well, that was my xmod day... in a "nutshell".
just lost a wheel and two NEW metal wheel nuts...
