ok well though i havenot tried this my self, i read about this ont the xmodworld forums.

If you take out the capacitor on the motor, it should be a hell of alot faster, u can even see teh difference. Also if u take out the capasitor and that orange thingthe motor goes EVEN faster. I have not tried this out my self but alot of people have tried iton their and said it works. so i u guys can try it out!

i dun really wanna try it out because we have yet to know hte long term effects

but seriously this is no joke, it works.

The capacitor's purpose is to, by way of withholding small amounts of electricity at a time, smooth out the flow of current to the motor. If you took it out, you'd be more likely to experience sudden spikes and dips in voltage, which is like heating something up and then cooling it off too quickly- it will eventually hurt something.

But hey, you get four identical motors in the S2 box, so if you don't mind switching the pinions every time something explodes, go for it. I'm not sure what else you'd be endangering.
