time to move on?? out of options???
Okay, so I'm a speed freak and have to have my s2 blue with 6 cells or faster yet, but the handling is complete grabage. Reduced the steering range way down so it no longer flips over, but the darned thing loses traction sooooooo bad on the slightest bump or slick spot on concrete, and winds up spinning out even when going in a straight line and not turning at all. You can't run it on blacktop without tearing it all to hell, so here's a couple of questions. I love this little car, but it's pretty undrivable due to the above issues.
1. Do you have this same problem running on the tennis courts what about other surfaces, (indoors is too small to go as fast as I do)?
2. Does the mini-z have this problem?
If I can't remedy this, then I'm either getting a mini-z (unless it has the same issues) or an RS4 because I love this little car, but it's pretty undrivable due to the above issues.

hmmm...i see what you mean........maybe we should find a way to rig up a 'braking system' without haveing to move the trigger onto the reverse side of nuetral.......just so we can be going all out, brake around a turn, and go all out out of the turn without having to move the trigger...........hmmm......

you might be able to wire a button that'll jumper the connection that you get on a reverse sweep.

It's a small car with about 1/8 of an inch of suspension travel, what do you expect? A Mini-Z would suffer from the same problems under the same conditions, for the most part. Maybe you'd be better off with an Overland. If you want to go fast without problems, you need a proper place to run. We have a couple of very smooth parking lots around here, plus the roller rink that we run on. Tennis courts should also work very well.

Come on !!!!!!
Did you forget the name of this little car ??????? X MOD
MOD <------------ Mod it make it work !!!!! Think of a new way or a way to improve the suspension ! This is what i like about these cars they have room for improvement . I run on black top , and I know that the first thing to go on black top is them bumps on the rear under side of the car . So what I did was grind the bumps of cut some heads of some allen bolts and super glue them in place i have had one fall off yet .So all i have to say is MOD IT BUD !!!
