I had the exact layout in my head for a track, cept I think your track looks a bit narrow. Couldn't you have made it cheaper with some mdf and another box of ZipZap Track? That is my idea anyway MDF is cheap. Get a couple of door hangers and you can even fold it in half. But anyways cool track, how does it race?

Wow, 15 for each poster board; How thick are they? I remember purchasing them for about six apiece back awhile for a presentation project.
