to run smoother, i would take off all the parts you put on when you put it together, and clean them. there may be hair or something around the axle that prevents it from going.
u give it a rolling start by whipping it across the floor with your hands.... that way you'll have the fastest Bit Char-G ever
and u save battery life haha...
