dual celled dicast pickup

hey guyus look at this http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDKK3&P=0 i just saw it on tower hobbies and it says it is dual celled. it has a dicast ram body, but if you were to put a plastic body one it then it would go pretty fast. and it is only $25! i think that is a pretty good deal. tell me what you think.

I won an nkok mini boat and I have to say its pretty darn cool, although the battery only lasts for mere seconds.
