Can anyone give me any ideas on making fog lights? I spliced 2 LED blue lights to my civic, but there was not enough power to lights the blue LEDs up....stayed dim.... do i need to re-route power to the blue LEDs?

What is the voltage output to the Light Kit's LED's? What is the power requirements of the blue LED's? If the voltage output is lower than the Power requirements of the LED then it will be really dim.

tavisjohn, The power requirements for the blue LED's are 6 volts. so that would mean I have to add a 5th cell to car right?
because 4 cells=4.8 volts. Thanks for the help.

I would be real carefull about addding the extra cells to the car AND using the light kit. I haven't done it myself, but some have said it causes problems for your car.

Measure the voltage to the light with a volt meter. Then get LED's that match that voltage. I would not reccomend that you try to match the voltage to the LED's you already have, you should match the LED's to the voltage that is already there.
