problem with testors paint
I wanted to paint my supra black and green, so, i sanded it all down, sprayed 2 coats of primer, and then i covered the parts of the body i didnt want painted, with masking tape, so then after primers dried, i spray on a coat of flourescent green. Well, it dried a while ago, but i want to know why the heck the paint is all rubbery? i mean the paint on the newspaper i painted over, is rubbery and stretchy..
its like that on the body too
got any suggestions?

ok i think i know the main reason this turned out crappy, is beacuse i used testors grey primer, ill try using another brand of primer, whats the best primer to use, and what color, to keep a flourescent green, at a flourescent color? i used gray last time, and the green came out army green, is there also any way to make the green look shiny?
ANY help would be appreciated. thanks.
EDIT:
Whats should i use to strip off this crap paint job? (and strip it off fast, besides sanding.)

you didnt let it dry long enough... it may feel hard to the tip of your finger but it wasnt fully dried. and one coat is not enough.
