I've had two of the SEs that I bought that had one of the wheels that didn't spin true. It wobbled slightly back and forth, and appeared that the plastic wheel hub wasn't manufactured properly.
Bot of those SEs I returned for an exchange, and the new replacements were just fine - I'd suggest that you return it for a replacement.

IMHO this joker should be "censored out" as well, no place in any honest law-abiding type community if ya ask me. "Drift_King", crawl back into your theiving-lack-of-upbringing hole. Maybe then you will eventually have the time to think about why it's not right or honest to rip off (read: steal from) RS, or for that matter, any other person or company.
I'd suggest that you return it for a replacement.
