center drive shaft loose?
I think the drive shaft is loose the rear gear kinda sits a little ****d and makes all kinda racket when just running the car in the air.

Did i forget to do sometning when i took the car apart?

Yeah, a brushing or bearing may of fallen out. Check under the motor to see if there is like a holder with a brushing in the middle.
