Arrow Off-Road XMOD with more speed!

Hey guys, I just figured out a great way to make the XMODS run on thick carpet, rocks, almost anything, and have more speed! If you buy the tire upgrade kit, and just overlap the tires on the wheels, the clearance is huge! My clearance is 3/8 inch, and because the wheel is larger, it goes way faster, too.
My setup (from inside to outside) is: hard slick, hard tread, soft tread (inside out for better grip on the hard tread), and soft slick. I couldn't use my stock slicks because they are so worn out.
This does strech ou the tires alot, and I'm not sure they'll ever go back to normal, but I think it's worth it to be able to drive on anything.

My question would be if they rub on the wheel wells or chassis when you turn?

The body won't fit on the chassis with the huge tires, but they don't rub on the chassis if I turn the ST. Range down a little. I do get huge grip though, so when I turn sharply, it flips alot. The wheels don't wobble at all, because the momentum of the outside of the wheel keeps it in line. I should get some different rims, though, because stock skylines look horrible with 1/4 inch tires. I'm thinking about getting a Hummer H2 body to put on it, i just saw a good one at Target today.

I'm getting the body tomorrow, I think I'll paint it maroon, maybe. I'll post pictures as soon as I get a digital camera. I also want to put a light rack on the top or the grille.

Can anyone find a way to make any of these???? Instead of monster trucks , SUV's and the like. They look cooler.

I've seen a model but I have no idea on how to raise my ride height. Martlet21, can you post a pic of your car. I'm thinking

The perfect off-road setup so far:
That tire mod
stock bushings
Skidplate
and maybe a plastic covering for the top of the chassis (between the chassis and the body).

There's no way my tire mod will be able to accommodate a WRX body, because the tires are just too large. It might work if you just overlapped the hard slicks and hard treads, but then you still wouldn't get enough clearance to run off-road. Also, for real off-road, you'd nee to seal up the front and back cavities where the axles are. If real dirt gets in there, you'll need to clean extensively after each run.

That is one of the reasons why i suggested leaving the stock bushings. Light dremmeling can also fix the wheel well problem. Can your mod run on hard packed dirt? No rocks, just compacted dirt.

Plus the ride-height if the body can also be changed. Raised in this case.

I have a WRX body coming, can you post a pic so that I can see what I will have to work with. I cannot do it myself becuz I only have the stock tires. more coming with AWD etc.
