eh my diff/back end
Ok something is messed up on my SL. Just all of a sudden the rear non main drive wheel decided to lock up. So i turned it manually and it popped, making it work again. So it stopped again and this time half of the wheel balance(just what i call it) broke off. Does the AWD kit come with the full rear end so i can replace this? cause now the non drive wheel isnt balanced and kinda wobbles, ok it woobles alot, and it hurting the power and delivery of the power, the steering. If not i guess i need to take it back to radioshack. Ive had nothin but problems out of the rear and then my antenna is broke. Nothin but a pain so far.
In case you are wondering, what i refer to a wheel balance is the cirular black, hard plastic piece before you get to the part where the wheel slides on, after the differential. This one that broke is on the side of the differential.
Just wanting to know if theres anything i can do to fix it, or if the AWD kit comes with a replacement rear end for the car, wasnt sure what is replaced with it.
Thanks

the awd kit comes with a new frontend peice, but just a new differential for the rear end. you can probly special order the part through your local radio shack if u need to.

What the heck is the "non main drive wheel" The AWD only comes with stuff for the front end...the only thing that comes in it for the rear is a rear diff. Look at the package or something

I do believe the part your talking about is the drive cup and the AWD kit does have those in it.
