Cool Speaker wire antenna

I saw that someone had that guitar strings would be good for better range. I have learned that speaker wire works even better simply take off the old wire that comes w/ it and solder the speaker wire on

the silver and copper speaker wires aren't any different accept the color, that is just there so that when you are hooking up your speakers, you don't get + and - mixed up in the transition from receiver to speaker.

I Used Coax cable and it works great

I stripped 8" of coax and soldered it in place on my stock wite and I havent fully seen how far it gos but I drove it in my house down a 15' hallway and into the room at the end all the way to the wall and it worked fine, where as befor I could barely get it halfway down the hall.

The silver and copper wires are different when i stripped mine the copper wire has 4 little wires and the silver has 3. does this mean the copper is better?
