I use some chrome spray paint. Im not too sure of the brand though.

real chrome
The make real chrome and aluminum wheels for the mini-z....I've not examined them personally, but I hear they fit the Xmods....a bit pricey though......check out minizracer.com or towerhobby.com

i think chrome would look good on a show only car but for an everyday car that gets dirty & damaged it wouldnt look too great.
