BC's RSX project.

I've started my next project. I'm taking my extra RSX and gonna customize it....hopefully to the fullest.

I thought I would mix it up a little bit.

What I have done so far:
1. Shaved down the lower flaps on the wild nosepiece and removed the upper flaps.
2. Removed the front pieces on each mild side skirt.
3. Rounded off the bottom of the wild rear bumper.

I still plan to:
1. Do the double lights mod on the headlights + add the running lights under those.
2. Install a second set of brakelights for double brakelight mod.
3. Install the disc brakes.
4. Of course...slap a custom paint job...(Trying to decide on a color right now).
5. Do something with the wheels.
6. And whatever else I can think of the next couple of days.

Here are some pics showing the modifications to the body kits so far...

Yeah, I was thinking about doing something to the muffler(s). I just don't have it/them on now because I still have to paint, etc.

I thought about doing that with those side skirts as well. That front piece sticking out was bugging me.

As for wheels, I'd do gunmetal with polished lip, although it depends on the body color you decide on.

light problems

If you want to run 4 LEDs in the RSX, be carefull- hte outter light spot is right on the wheel. It'll probably rub if you don't do it right.

Yeah, I had the same issue with running lights on my Skyline. I just bent the 2 prongs away towards the hood.

Not much progress so far today. I filled in some holes in the front body kit and customized the spoiler.

What do you think? Yay or Nay?

Trust me, it looks a lot better seeing it in person, but it will look better once it all has been painted. If not, I'll have another normal spoiler painted up too.

Looks alot cleaner than the stock "wild" kit, IMO... I'm liking how it looks so far.
