do you like your AWD better with the stock diff or the limited slip one that comes with the kit. i have heard that the stock works better but it says in the AWD instructions to use the limited slip.

honestly i haven't tried the stock diff yet. after taking it apart it seems like the 4wd diff would work better, maybe i'll try it out later (i've taken my car apart like 3 times today).

the ball diff should be great on carpet where it's less likely to slip but if the tires dind't lose grip, the gear diff should turn easier.

btw, can you adjust the tightness on the ball diff and if u tried, was the difference noticeable?

Yeah, the tightness of the ball diferential is possible to change, just by tightening the screws on the outside. The change is noticeable, whit a tightened ball diferential I get much better traction off the line.
