i picked up a nikko micro jeep yesterday out of curiousity. i was hoping it was funky and i would just check it out then return it. wrong. it's way better than i expected. good speed ( about 2.2), excellent handling, smooth and quiet. power switch on the jeep. great range. good detail on the body. soft rubber tires. longest run time i've ever seen. ran it for 20 min. slowed down, but won't stop. everything is sealed, so driving in the dirt not a problem. runs and steers like a bit. 2wd but still climbs pretty good. cruises over carpet. single cell, but could easily be dual celled by someone with experience. larger hard wired motor. i love everything about it but the controller. has a single joystick type controller for one handed driving. too hard to get used to. also long charge time. 2min. won't fit on a reg charger either. fortunately, my MM's controller works fine with it. had to set up the charger with an AC unit. $19.88 at walmart, should be $14.88. lol great jep. all in all i give it a 9 out of 10.

i have to make a correction on dual celling the jeep. you can't. it has some sort of regulator in it that shuts it off over 1.2v for charging. the only way to do it is to swap the pcb.
