How do you hold your SE controller?

The reason that I ask is, the owner's poster that comes with the SEs is real screwy in it's description <LOL>!

It says if you hold the controller in your right hand, to flip the switch on the top of the controller to "R", which causes the car to "move forward when you pull the trigger left, and reverse when you push the trigger right". Now, how can ya "pull the trigger left" when the controller is held in yer right hand <BG>?

I disreguarded the instructions, and for me this seems to feel the most natural (BTW, I'm right handed): I set the selector switch on the top of the controller to "L". I hold the controller in my right hand, with my right forefinger controlling the trigger (pull to the right for forward, push to the left for reverse). I then use my left forefinger and thumb to control the wheel, while the base of the left side of the controller is cradled in the rest of my fingers of my left hand.

Anyhow, I thought that the description in the owner's poster sounds rather screwy, whadyall think (or am I simply thick-headed, and don't have a clue... wouldn't be the first time <LOL>)?

me too

I think there's more room if you hold it in your right hand and steer with your left. Ya won't have that antenna in your way.

Although it would be nice if it was more of a pistol grip... like a pistol.

I hold mine in my left hand. I have tried holding it with my right hand, and although it does feel better holding it that way, I have an easier time using the steering wheel with my right hand, so I have to hold the controller in the left.

i hold mine with my left hand with the thumb resting on top next to the antenna, ring finger and pinky kinda curled up below the controller (sorta supporting the weight of it), index on trigger with middle finger right below it resting on the controller

I am right handed and I hold the controller on the left side. I switched the switch so when I push it goes foward and when I pull its goes backward.
