Mosfet dreams for my Auldey...

Hi, I am deperate to talk Auldeys, so if you are out there lets get some threads goin in here. Well, after checking out micro-amp's mosfet site I had a dream for him to FET mod my Auldeys. I emailed him yesterday so I am still waiting for a response but I have no idea if it is possible. Anyway, there has got to be members out there with Auldeys....

Ya, I got it ready to send...a great deal at only $30. I am afraid though since my flying horse is already so fast with a silver-green motor and relays that warp speed is not to far off... knock on wood, no catostrophic car-wreck. Hey do you know how mini-z tires would fit onto the auldeys?

$30 is kinda expenisive, maybe u can try doing it yourself since the circuit board/solder points on these boards are massive

O no, the escalate board on toyeast is only for 35mhz and both of mine are 27. The $30 is an investment but I honestly could not do it myself...I have banned myself from even the most basic of soldering tasks with RC's. It is pathetic...O how I know...but its the truth. Well I will decide soon... meanwhile I can daydream about a race tin supercar. If only I could get full coverage insurance for the auldey because it may be uncontrollable at such high speed LOL

the escalate board is 35mhz

but you can buy frequency crystals and change the frequency of your remote
or they recomend buying a new remote from toyeast that is made for the board

I just thought it may be cheaper them getting the micro amps to do it

hey distress

audleys are great I bet you will like yours

the silver green motor is a motor that tin racers (www.tinracers.com) its rated to go at 54km/h with all the other hopups but it doent really go that fast on the ground

relays are small electrical devices that open and close a switch with electricity allowing more amount of current to go to the motor as well as more voltage it does the same this as mosfits do on a bit
tin racers also cells those
check out the website I bought a bunch of parts from them

I can get the black red motors for cheaper and may be able to sell some
thats what I have in my car now
its awaiting relays and a gearbox wheel kit

if you have any more questions just ask

nick
