First of all welcome to the boards! But anyway PCB stands for Printed Circuit Board. It's the chip in the top of the car and in the controller.

*Edit-Oops. sorry I meant a chip. I've been working on my computer all day.

It acts like the "brain" of the car. It recieves comands from the controller and tells the car what to do. Its the little green rectangle ( square for microsizers) that has all the electronic stuff on it
