Air cooling Mod....(lots and lots of pics)
Well if you are like me you want to go as fast as you can. Well as some of you may know my M has a reedy modified 9 turn machine wound motor in it. Well if you are on a techy track you are running the motor hard yet not going that fast there fore there is not as much air movement in the car making the motor get very hot, and I was scared that it may get so hot where it would melt the cars chassis. So this is what I did I got a Computer CPU can and took it apart, it was a 1 inche fan. Then I took a small motor from a Camera (cannon Elf 370Z) that was used to make the ,ens zoom. It is bigger then a Bit motor but smaller than a 130. Then I got a "AA" battery holder and a toggle switch and this is the result.
Hey maybe this caould even go in the Tips section of the site....
