GTR 2000 (Earl Shives special)
This hunk of crapper was painted over about 8 times, everytime I took took off the paint I cut on the body with an x-acto knife to help get rid of imperfections, etc.
In the process I completely trashed this my favorite body - so I figured, screw it, this will be my experiment body, and that's exactly what I did.
I experimented with designs, color combos, and masking...
In the end, I actually brought this hunk of junk back from the dead, but it's on medicare for sure! lol

When I saw you posted in the gallery I knew I better look.
I think you should make a Diablo Stallion from Grand Theft Auto 3

Hard to believe it's been through what you say it has. It's still nice and smooth.
Your painting techniques are great, but I don't care for the black and orange. Too Halloween-ish for me.
BTW is Earl Shives the home of the $99 (bring your own masking tape) special ($129 nowadays) or am I totally off track?
