the batteries are being fully charged. i checked with a battery tester. i think i know what the problem is but i dont know how to fix it. on the pcb, there are two steering wires that are by the positive battery wire. in the proccess of putting the 2nd cell in, the wire tore off the pcb and when i solderedthe wire back on, i think i mess up. because now those two steering wires are connected to the positive battery wire. this, i think is what is causing the huge power drain. any thoughts?

yes that definately is the problem, but it just looks like one big contact point. in other word, i cant find a place for the steering wires and the positive battery wire that are seperate from each other. lol, i was looking just now and i found the 2 points, they were joined together with solder. thanks everyone for the help.
