decelerate slow for corners
i just had an idea now i'm not personally going to try this yet i don't think but my idea is to take a small but heavy washer and glue it onto the very end of the motor so it spins along with the gear like a sentrifuge. thus when you let off the power it keeps it spinning reducing the speed of decelleration so you don't stop around corners you slow down to a managable speed. the only draw back is that your acceleration would really go to crap.
Diagram for yall who are scratching there heads. this is how it should sit Kinda sorta i guess

if you want momentum then you have to create it first, and that probably would create...slow acceleration huh?

ya and thus no tirespin off the line so you can get up to speed slower without spinning the tires then when you get up to speed it's hard to slow you down (run into the back of a car and you won't stop) and when you finally cut power you would slowly slow down to a more managable speed in fact you could punch it half way around the corner and not worry about spinning out because it would take alot longer to get the tires up to speed. so in reality you have the control of a 1.0 with the topspeed of a 3.8 or what ever motor you have in it. hummm now i kinda want to try it.
