Angry Animated Avatars

I are stupid. I forgot how to make an avatar that changes one frame per 0.001 seconds. How?

I use UnFREEz. You can only make the frame delay a whole number of cs.

No problem!

You have to draw frames one at a time, and save them all as GIF images. It takes forever! Then open the folder with the frames, and run UnFREEz. Right click on the taskbar on the bottom of the screen and select "Tile Windows." (This just puts the two windows side by side for easy drag-and-dropping.) Then drag all the frames into the box one at a time, and click "Make Animated GIF." I can't wait to see your avatar!

Yup.

WinXP is supposed to be compatible with everything. It's what I use too.
