nice i like it...the good thing about doing a dual cell on a zip zap is that you have more room to fit it in than a microsizer or bitchar-g

That *is* the neatest dual cell I've seen. That's why I had to go dual cells and put my PCB cover back on after I had seen kwikbb's dual cell, but I had to one up and custom paint the PCB board cover, to hide the dual cells, and LXX booster board, and trick the competition into thinking that you're too busy detailing to think you could actually have anything going on in there.
I was willing to take bets on me resisting tri-celling it again before the end of the weekend, but it's plenty fast enough, kinda makes tric-cells seem silly for anything but drag racing, so I ended up taking the 3rd cell out of my other Zip Zap by the end of the weekend.

Awe thanks guys! Yeah the ZZ chassis is THE best for dual mods, it's nice and tidy and also provides good weight distribution.
damn dave those flames are the bomb! man i gotta break out the airbrush and start practicing... it's only a single action but still works pretty well.

Hey now, I'm using spray paint in a can, so I don't wanna hear any single action excuses.

Naw man, I wouldn't yank ya.
I use acrylic laquer in the form of automotive touch up sprays. The cans have a fan tips on the which lays down a nice even mist like a power sprayer, but the fans give you a wide coverage that can be tricky when working with a 1/64th car. To get a fine mist on the object I'm painting I'm actually aiming 3 to 4 inches past the object. Then laying a second or 3rd coat a little farther down.
It still aint easy. On the PCB cover I wasn't happy the first time, so eeked out my last drops of white to cover it, and wasn't happy a second time. I had no white left to cover it, so I tried Spanky's idea of holding a piece of paper about a half inch above it, so I was only hitting the tip. That worked but made the fade too drastic. I moved the paper back about a quarter inch, and up slightly, laid another mister coat, and voila!
See simple, huh?

This one is lowered, with dual cells and a shen pcb. Had to get rid of the most of the pcb cover, the interior holds down the rest.
