PHAST MOTOR tops all motors????
in www.rcmod.com they have the new PHAST MOTOR. the other motors like the 2.6-3.8 are all sold out because i think they stopped ordering them and are now keeping PHAST MOTORS in stock. i was just wondering what the specs are for this motor? whats the top end speed? whats the torque? how much rpm duz it have? more than a 3.8 i presume? right now i pledged i'd keep buying perfection 3.8's till something better comes. i have 4 right now and i was just about to order one more for this crappy clone which i added some elbow greace turned out to be my best car of all time. ne way does anyone know the specs os this new phast motor (re-phrasing). thx guys.

hmm somehow, im not convinced... they're pretty pricey, 20 bucks canadian w/o shipping...
they could be freaking fast, but are they reliable? has anyone bought this motor/tested it yet..? mm.. this motor vs r-spec vs perfection..

i have heard 1 person say something about them ..and if what he said is true then EVERYONE will have them in their bits..  * EDIT * ..PIE this guy said that the PHAST motors will CRUSH the perfections..

then again, that's what everyone ('cept crazydave) said about perfections... hmmmm still waiting for mine ^_^

Makes me feell like the outcast. 
But really I have 2 Perfection 3.8s that run exactly the same, and seem to be reliable enough, but after almost 2 weeks they are not breaking in and getting faster. They are still just slightly faster than my clone motors, and about the same as my Bit Char-G Motors 3.2. I noticed the clone motor is almost faster in the unboosted mode on my MS Pro. I think the clone motors are torquier. I want to do the motor test Namuna did, but I need a mouse to tear apart.
I'm still not complaining, for 5 bucks apiece.

hmmm... well, from what lots of people say, perfections dont kick ass in boosters...
oo man, there's toooo much stuff on the market for me to be able to order 1 or 2 of each and try them all out... so far, the only motors that i have praise for is the KIT 2.6 (slow, but reliable), shen 1.5 (climbs walls), and the new style bitmod 3.2.. (round circle tab... it's quick, runs well with high gear ratios, and very consistant)...
mmm perfection... ooo cant wait cant wait.. i wish mailing from canada to cali was faster =(

are you guys talking about RCmod.com not bitmod.com? if so, the other motors are just out of stock right now. if not, RCmod.com is the only one who has received a shipment of the PM motors so far and they retain exclusive rights to sell the PHAST MOTORS product. noone else has those rights at this time.
if you buy a PHAST MOTOR from anywhere but www.RCmod.com you are probably getting a fake. PM is a brand new company and hasn't sent out anything but 50 samples worldwide (and i doubt anybody that has received a PM motor is going to give it up after putting it in their car). it would like be like buying a Formula34 or Rspec motor from somewhere other than TinyRC. Go Tiny!
BUYER BEWARE. Just because someone took the logo off of the RCmod.com website and are saying their motor is a PHAST MOTOR brand, doesn't make it so. look for the special packaging.
PHAST MOTORS have destinctive packaging. i will post a pic of the REAL Phast Motors after work today. don't be fooled by cheap imitations. leave cheap up to my ex-girlfriend. : )

thx for the heads up yea thats what i meant www.rcmod.com my bad guys. but are these like 4.5 or 4.8's or something? how fast do these go? are they reliable?

nope its 12.99 flat out i think im not sure because on the bottom it says to e-mail them or else it will charge you 6 dollars for shipping. so anyone Heat may be right on the other hand becayse EVERYTHING online has shipping so i dont know.
