The answer is yes. You should have no problems running and fitting the perfection motor in your zip without any type of mod what so ever.

A 3.8 doesn't work in my older type version. I layman dual celled it though and it does 1/4 mile in 5 seconds.

yeah but i think mine has the new pcb, someone said all the 350z have the newer one

You're right hockey, it does have the new PCB. I've run the perfection 3.8 in my 350, RX8 and Gold Civic with no problems at all.
