Button on controller for LEDs?
I have a Microsizer Pro, with a Skyline body, that I've made into a Jap police car, its complete with a flashing red LED, BUT right now theres a switch to turn it on, I'm wondering if theres a way for me to make the LED come in when I push the booster button? (Regular speed..no light, Police Speed..Flashing lights) Is it possible? How would I do it?

Wouldn't that take some runtime and speed off of your car? The reason I am asking is that if you give out power to anything you will lose some. You are giving power to the leds and in return you may get shorter run time and decreased speed.

I was thinking if you had a Led that ran on more than 1.2v so that when you hit the boost button it gets the extra voltage from both batts and turns on... if you get what i mean. not the ideal way, I need more to learn more about electronics i think

Thats actually a good idea, is that all the booster button does is sends more voltage? like reg speed is .6V and the booster is the additional .6?

you could test the voltage levels by useing a voltmeter
just test the wires leading to the motor.
and i do think that led idea would work.

That's a great idea!
Because you're using an LED, it will simply block the current when reversing, so it won't interfere with ops of the car.
This is one that's easily tested too.

just attach it to the motor contacts and put a resitor that will only let boosted power through

not yet, I've had no time to lately. I'll hopefully try it out sometime this week, I'll have to buy a voltmeter too.
