My question is why can't Zip Zaps make a car that actually looks like it is supposed to they all look horribly deformed.

i like the detailing.. a LOT... but i wish they could make the bodies look a little better....
yeah, the paint on that pink S2K looks nice... but look at the headlights... damn, they're uglier than on the BCG S2000.... ugh...
and the skyline... sure, the body paint is nice... but for some reason, that body looks kinda funky to me.. and the wing. omg, that wing. ewww... they so totally screwed it up... it looks liek some home-made deal by like.... me... or someone equally crappy at making stuff...
not raggin (the paints are sweet), just sayin, as cyber brat says, that frick... talk about weird lookin bodies..

which zip bodys are you talking about.. i think that the zip bodys are nicer because they are more to scale and auctually look like a smaller version of the car...

My bit FNF2 skyline owns that Zip Zapper. Because it looks like a Skyline not an 86 olds.

I bought the light kit from toyeast and it looks the same as that one. It is kind of hard to fit it in but it works good.
Here is the link.

as far as detail goes. i think the zips are right on... heck. look at the front of the mustang. you can even see the little pony in the grill. the only problem is that they are not painted well. that pony could be painted silver...
my other issue with the zips is that they ride high..
all in all they auctually look like cars. bit size tend to look fake..
that being said i only have one zip because i prefer bits....hehehe

the detail may be good but they look warped and distorted.

I think that my Lxx Char-G has the best body of my lot. It was nicely painted, cool decals, and good shaping. Next in line is my Shen, which had too many decals, but after removing most of them, it's pretty nice. The Z-cars have the worst bodies of them all, IMHO. Minimal detail and a "squashed scale" perspective. I ended up getting a clear body for my Z-car and that's kinda cool. Oh well. My $ 0.02.

I dont think bits are as distorted as zips and with a full size wheel set mod look great.
