i have one of those super racer (777) and fast with no control, but put the motor in my bit (i just burnt out my tomy 2.6 that came with it) plus the noisey gears, it flies! it most at least be a 3.0 mabey more, i think i will take the batt and steering spring out of it, and make a stand alone charger. i think they are great for the price at least for parts (i got mine for $5 us at a street fair) Oh the bodys are ghetto looking but i picked mine for hiding mods well i would like to know more about this clone anyone have expience with them

My vote is for Shens as well. They have great stock motors (for speed and torque), strong PCB, and good handling!

all of my shens turned into parts cars after 1 week.. they ran good for that week, with minor steering problems. but i probably wouldnt buy another. i would definately go with the prescious....3 months and still going strong, and straight.

in my opinion you can find all of this information in previous posts. you should really do a search. this question has been asked and opinions have been given hundreds of times..

Shens do fall apart easily, but they are great for mods! They are basically a lower classed BCG.

The dual cell ones have a metal body like hot wheels and such. That's why they have to have the dual cell. Plus they are longer like the zip zaps..

Do the metal bodies slow the car down at all???

And, could you please post some pictures of the dual cell all rigged up?

SHENS ROCK! They come fast out the box I got my up to 3.5 km/h stock (up to 4.5km/h with a 2.6 oem microsizer motor - thats 288 km/h to scale)!

They run really straight and smooth, and the 2.6 motors have crazy torque. I can climb a 45 degree angle on my snowboard (WAXED!) without any problems. The new microsizer motor which can turn 4.5km/h can't even turn its wheels on the snowboard! They are great donar cars. And they turn fairly quite well.

Though my LXX turns much better(it can turn on a dime and give you change!).

I've gotten burnt by a tonne of clones, but not by a Shen...yet anyways. Knock on wood!
