Bit over Zip Zaps

I was thinking about buying a zip zap but after looking at them all, they all look goofy. Like none of them are remotly close to how they should look. The Bits look like the car they are supposed to but the ZZ's don't. Infact I hate the way they look. Such a disgrace seeing as they got a cool line of bodies, which could have been awesome.

I completely agree. I have 3 zz's I'm trying to sell now.
I changed to the bit side (dark side lol)
I think they are much more realistic...

I have:
4 bit char-g's ( cyclona series)(G_01-G_04)
1 Lxx modelista (L-05)

and 3 ZZ's

I prefer the Zips, but agree right now the pickins are slim. But, if this is the only money you're going to spend on micro's, I'd say save it for the new super bits or (what I can't wait for) the Fn'F 2 ZipZaps.

=\ zips are kinda ugly... take a look at the civic... it's like.. blocky...

the supra, no bulges, flares, or englarged headlights... u know? at least the bit supra has the characteristics, such as widebody, bigger headlights, the smooth, bulged hood.....

i admit they're a little squeezed for length, but if u ask me they look better ^_^

one thing i DO like about zip zaps is that the body is more or less a better length... u know, so it looks a little bit more proportioned... and that little hole for the antenna is better than an entire back window missing..

the size of zips is good, but the detailing and body looks are just... poor.... Bits For Life!!

I can live with the body looks. If you drop them (at least in front) they look alot better. The only one I will run un-dropped is the Eclipse.

BUT they do offer something that you can't easily get with a shorty bit. You can get 4 cells in the belly of a Zap. I can't make a bit go faster than 6mph w/o it spinning out to one side, or flipping. If I use Zap front wheels and knuckles, I can get at least 10mph outta my bit's. (more stable) If I am running single cells, I would probably prefer a Bit. They turn a little sharper and handle smaller tracks better.

Question

Hmmmmm,
does this mean I should keep my ZZ's, maybe I'll keep just one.
Now, if we could only get the bit bodies to fit the zap chassis........

ZZ's suck, but I agree with the part about the stability. I had a ZZ for a week or so, but didn't like it, so I sold it. Man, was it ever ugly!!! BITZ RULE
