There is no big deal.
My point is that there is nothing wrong with the Mini-X for sale in the US right now. The Xj is just the same car with a modified tie rod. People should not wait around for some new Xj version because it is the same car plus some ball links.
If you want the tie rod hop-up just go to your LHS and buy some Dubro ball links and some threaded rods and DIY.
The Mini-X is arguably the most advanced 1/24 RC car available. If you want it to progress you need to buy one and experiment with it and share your ideas, not wait around till a new version comes along.
The Xj is NOT a new version. If I'm wrong Usagi, I'll buy us both one!

Hum.....My whole point for posting this xj model was to info people that "WANT" to buy a mini-x. not not for those who have already have a mini-x car. I don`t understand why you have to continue to harp on this is not a new version? Some people that DON`T own the mini-x Might be thinking about buying the mini-x.
For all real time concerns this is a upgarded version with better part quility then that of the mini-x. But if its going to be sold other then Japan that I need to ask the distr here in Japan next month. It might be only for Japanese market...........

Usagi, I think we WANT the same thing. I want people to buy the Mini-X.
I don't want people to not buy one because they are waiting for a new version.
I'm going to guess that english is a second language for you. I'm sorry I don't speak Japanese. It may be that the language barrier is the problem.
I THINK THE MINI-X ROCKS! IT IS CHEAP! BUY ONE! DON'T WAIT FOR A Xj! IT IS THE SAME AS THE US VERSION!
How's that?

NO! I understand both Japanese and English.............
All I am doing here is showing a newer version of the mini-x.......If you don`t like it fine, but there are other that are from asia and have the ability to get the xj.

Usagi, I think you got me all wrong. If you can get a mini-xj, great!
What I'm saying is if the current version is available, don't wait for the Xj.
I think we just need to agree to disagree.

Yes, that explains it. I'm sorry I misunderstood. I didn't realize the mini-x was not yet easily available in Japan.
Keep us posted!
