How much longer will my car run with a 7.2v pack, rite now I have a stock hpi 180 motor with a 13t pinion and 4 700mah AAA's and Im getting about 30 minutes of run time

Adding voltage does not increase run time. To increase run time you have to increase the Mah ratings of the batteries. Sad part is AAA are typically hard to find past 700-750 Mah.
