Toyeast perfection 3.8

This motor rocks! I just got mine today as a package deal with a Gloria Bit and it is truly perfection. Torque right off the line and nothing but speed till it runs away from you and out of range. Right now I have a Bitmod1 3.5 to compare it too and am waiting for one of my friends to come over so we can race. I can't wait. Everybody should own one! I got extra lucky since ordering it as a package dropped the cost down to something like $3 for the motor. Also, it runs really quiet. It almost sounds like a stock 2.2/2.6. As soon as I get my R-spec and Formula 34 I will race them all and decide which is my favorite

this motor is sooooooooo kool.
it suks on the lxx.
but if u try it on a bit this things flies.
im gonna do a duel cell mod on mine take some vids of it.
cant wait for the toyeast 160 perfection batts to get here.

Yeah I got three of those also. I figured since I was ordering from them, I might as well make the shipping worth it. They were fairly inexpensive also (I think less than $3 US each). I put one in my Gloria double charged it and it ran the Perfection motor for at least 10 minutes. That was the first time I used it!

like i saw this boy hu did the 160 duel cell mod he lives near me.
we saw this guy on the net hu made his do a loop the loop.
so he tried to mak a lil loop out of a cerial box.
it looked sooo cool when he finished.
and it took a bit of time to get the car lined up.
but the car did this amazing loop.
it was sooo cool.
that is what im hoping to do when i get my cells.

Big-Key, what car are you running the motors in? I have a bitmod1 3.5 and the perfection 3.8. In my Fairlady Z booster car, the 3.5 is faster (quite a bit faster) than the 3.8. But in a microsizer the 3.8 is faster than the 3.5. Running the Fairlady Z side by side with the Microsizer is a pretty even race. In fact I thought that the 3.8 was only a 3.0 when I first put it in the booster car. If you have more than one car to try the motors out in, I would be interested to know if you have the same results with different cars.

I run the Perfection 3.8 motor in both of my modded bits. One is a 2 cell. The other a 3 cell. They are very fast! So fast, that they are constantly tumbling and spinning out. Well, the 3 celled bit is alot harder to drive than the 2 celled car. A very good motor indeed!

I got my 3.8 yesterday and put it in my Fairlady unboosted it is faster than any bit I've had with a 3.0. Boosted its a rocket. It is the best motor Ive ever had.

Perfection 3.8 is a lot faster on bit non-booster than LXX with boost on

I got my Hot Wheels set, and got my dual cell 3.8 to do a loop. It was really cool. It barely made it though because the loop was really big for a hot wheels set. I'll try the cereal box idea sometime.

Right now I have only ran the Perfection in my Gloria that I just got. Stock everything xcept for the 160 Nimh battery. Today I will run it in my 350Z which is also stock except for a 150Nimh batery. I really can't get a true idea of the long distance speed since my kitchen floor is tile (50cmx50cm squares) and the places where the tiles meet (forget the word) are pretty harsh on my cars. They can rarely run a straight line for more than a meter or 2, especially the faster cars. My skills with an iron are sketchy at best. I only have tried once and failed miserbly (sp). I only have MSers and Bits to work on and the poor fella that was the recepient of my last attempt still hasn't and will never recover from the incident

But isn't that how we learn. I will also run it in my 27mhz speed set car w/teal gears. I don't have any blue gears to set a car up with so that's out of the ? unless somebody wants to donate/trade me some

I bought a couple of those bitmmod1 3.5's and 3.8's, and they are dogs. My clone 3.2'ish motors smoke the crap out of 'em. By the time I get my speed up on those high rapping motors, my clones have finished the race twice. I can't wait to see these video's of the perfection motors. They sound great!

I just got thru running both the Perfection 3.8 and the bitmod1 3.5 in my 350Z booster and indeed the 3.5 is faster than the 3.8 in it. Kinda weird! Anyway, you were also right about the 3.8 being faster than the 3.5 in a regular Bit/MSer. That makes sense due to the RPM difference. One thing I like about the Perfection motor is that it does not need to "wind up" like the bitmod1 needs to do to achieve top speed, it has more off the line torque. That I like. I can set it on my carpet and she takes off from a stand still with no problem. Also there is the price. I recommend to anybody who is ordering from Toyeast to add a couple to their shopping cart. Soon as my R-spec and Formula come in from Tiny, I'll conduct some more tests.

I've tried a bunch of motors in my lxx clones, and the perfection 3.8 is the best so far. Some high rpm motors never run right in the clones at all. They all work in my microsizer, but I still like the 3.8 best.
