custom plug-in charger question

Hi everyone,
I found a plug in charger plan and was thinking of making my own but I have a question about safe levels for the current that you feed the car while charging... how much is enough and how much is too much? The measurement I'm talking about is the "mA" rating.

i just answerd this for you on the other boards but this is a better place to look go to the top of the page under stickys and go to battery basics 101 and you will find the formula i told you about i couldent direct you here because they wont let me it would just come up as ******.
