I still need to dremel the hole a little bigger to make it fit onto the chassis, but not too much.

whoa, you got the 2cell done?? GJ! got pix?

any step-by-steps? i got an extra kit racer kicking around... i dont really use it, only for warming up motors now and then.. and i'd have no problem with smashing it good and taking out the battery

i dunno, mine doesnt drive straight usually. but sometimes that is just because of the rough floor..
PS: Bits on Air Hockey Table = Awsome driving; you can take turns so well, and it is clean so tires never get dirty and slip/

I don't think the Orange Supra and Co. are out yet, Pie! Hey, I might be creating an Online Bit Shop similar to Mini Me RC sometime in March or April. Could any of you give me some feedback on the idea?

shizz... i didnt realize you posted here =P

well anyway, i think the group buy is me you ralliart... im paying ralliart via meeting... so i guess order me up an r-spec =P
btw... how long are we waiting? or should we state final order ASAP?

i say the bit shop idea kicks some ass. only problem is, are you comfortable with mailing stuff all over the place and money and crap like that? =P
if you are, then go for it! i'll support you, and im sure most of us albertans will too.. considering we can now order and have contact with a canadian source once swavey leaves japan...

my guarentee: i'll order pretty much everything i need from you, so i dont have to do the damn USD conversion!

I say maybe another week for the group buy idea.

Hehe...that's exactly what I was going for. While MiniMeRC caters more to Eastern Canada, I'll be aiming at Western Canada/North-Western USA. I can almost guarantee my prices will be cheaper than MiniMeRC, and I plan on stocking products from TinyRC and Bitchar-G Motors. I'll try and keep you guys updated on the situation from now till Online time. Feel free to post any comments, suggestions, or ideas.

sorry i haven't been aroudn lately. I've been busy with school and stuff and just don't seem to have alot of time for any hobbies such as this. Once midterms are over though it shoudl slacken up a bit.

As for the broken steering wire. Just scratch the end of it with a knife or sandpaper or even use soldering gew (gew that you put on metal and touch it with the tip of the soldering iron, it eats into the metal a bit so it can be soldered) All you need is a tiny peice of actual metal exposed to solder and come in contact so don't go nuts on the knife or sandpaper idea.

Swavey, i'm here just usually reading. I skip over alot of the stuff becuase its posts like "is anyone here" or "kind of dead today it seems" but i still do read them. As for my current mod project. Its goign to be an ultra light weight proportioned pan chassis bit. I'm just playing with the steering right now to figure otu how i can make the aluminum accomidate the steering coils, steerin adjustment tab, and steering magnet system.
