I usde the same dremel bit he shows in that pic, and used it to make the new notches in the body of my Civic. I have some pics of it in my Civic Ricemobile thread

I heated up an Xacto knife & made the notches on my bodies. The Dremel is a better idea, but if you dont have one the hot Xacto works.

Yeah, I'll try to get some when I get home from work (if I remember). Not much to see, really, I just thinned out the plastic around the wheelwells. Oh, and just doing the notches worked pretty well, but to get the final drop and tuck on the front, I had to remove the suspension bar thingy. But the PCB cover is touching the body as it sits right now, so to go any lower, I'll have to do something about that, but it's low enough for me.

For me I think the xacto blade is the easiest. I have a dremel and the lil square bit but didnt even mess with it. With a new xacto blade the plastic is soft enough to cut a lil at a time. I got the results I wanted with it and it only took a couple of minutes. Not saying that the dremel way will take that long either I just think its easier to slip and take out more plastic than you want with it.

doesn't look that low but I had to cut out the wheel wells because the tires were hitting them, causing the car to turn in circles.
