Still no response on refund tinyrc?

Hey guys, I have been waiting for a quite sometime now. No response whatsoever regarding my refund. The story is I sent back my recent order of mini-x electronic and 6-cell for exchange to the newer version of mini-x before Christmas. I waited for several weeks and I got no message regarding how to proceed the exchange. I finally got tinyrc's message fromthrough this forum. He claimed that message was sent to my e-mail but I still never get any. I have sent numerous e-mail for refund to tinyrc.com. Sadly, still have no response. Now I have contacted tinyrc.com by phone as well as e-mail in the past week. Unfortunately, I still got nothing from them. Please advice. I feel frustrated on getting my refund.

urq435, this is totally weird, I don't think you're getting any of our email? I've moved this to Customer Support - please use this thread to communicate and resolve this - thanks!

Hi tinyrc, I didn't know there was a problem on customer support link. Anyway, I am glad that to get your response. I would like you to refund my credit toward my paypal account: akichui1@aol.com since it has been quite sometime now. I hope the problem can be resolved asap. Thanks.
