4-band controller + reception

They do have 2 speed "the action button". You have 2 options for 2 speed. The first is normal, where if you don't press the button it wouldn't go turbo and if you hold the button it does. The 2nd option is Turbo all the time, and you do not have ot press the button. Then theres an option for the single speed cars. Theres a switch in the bank where you can adjust that. My 4 band works with my 1 speed celica, my auto model set, and my friend's RX-7 is what i've tested it with, and even my BULLET OEM clone. I've heard of people having problems with the earlier skylines but not too sure about that.

Here are a couple things to add that migfht help...
After you set your freq. using the switch on top, flip the controller over and you should see another switch on the lower left with letters A-B-C-D. Hmmmm. I can't read Japanese, but it sure looks like it enables the pad to control subchannels on each Frequency. Mine was on B when I got it and my AD Booster prefers A ( unless I'm imagining things.)
Also if you compare the Grey wire ant. with the older black ones you will notice a small but still significant length difference. Just take an old controller and neatly snip off the "BLACK" tip ( not the grey!) so you can remove it. You will notice the grey tip can be opened and reused ( unless you already got snipper happy). Swap the old for the new and it should help out with at least a few more feet.
