can i use an lxx and a tomy batt together for dual cell?

I think you should go with the same type of battery, like 50mah with 50mah, etc. So you won't run into charging problems. Hope that helps.

5 buxs? If u have a Target near u, go get a Kit Racer (Hot Wheels), its on sale over here for $1.98 and u could use the Tomy 50mah battery for dual cell mod + others extra parts. Btw, if you're not gonna use the n80-AAA NI-MH, lmk, I want it. thanks
