Sorry those skylines for $24K still need to be americanized, and they are vehicles on the "stop for modifications" list at the ports customs offices.
The americanization is at least 6,000-10000 more, plus labor, so typicall the final cost is from 10,000 to 24,000 more depending on model and such.

yeah there's a company in califoria that actually sells the already americanized versions of the skyline (r32 and r34) ranging from 30k to 100k in price. http://www.skylinegtr.com if you wanna check it out.  I'll take the r32 for 30k

if you buy a cheap skyline that is not from MotoRex, it is most likely stolen, and not street legal.
if MotoRex finds out that you bought one somewhere else, they will turn you in to the authorities.
