Are you going to tell us how it went, or just show pictures?
Anybody break down?
Best mods?

The race went smothly. No broken parts. We ran 1 qualifying run of 20 min and the final was 30 min. We had 9 competitors. 3 cars (one of them was mine ) had a homemaid chasy. We all run on foam tires (tuning tires for a 1:32 toy car). I used only one pack of GP 750 mAh batteries (pack of 5 cells) for the both runs. We all had the stock motor. Best "mod" was the wet rag that the winer used to clear the tires (won't be alowed on the next race ). I used a 10 tooth pinion (not original). In the first run I made quite a lot more laps than anybody else because I used LRP's traction compound. If you want any more info, just ask

And my setup:
Car: GM Speedy 24 (Rocket Racer)
Motor: Stock
Batteries: 5x GP 750 mAh AAA NIMh's
Tires: foam from a "tuning kit" for a 1:32 toy car
ESC: GM Racing V3r
Transmiter: Graupner R1 Proficar (cost's 4x what the car costs)
Reciver: Graupner R700 (a litle big)
Servo: Protech Super Micro
Body: Original Lexan Merc. CKL DTM (realy lite)
Pinion: 10t but longer
Mods.: New chasis from 1,5mm fiberglass plate, 6 cell batterie holder (stock on GM's), no spring in rear.
We used AMB transponders to count the laps (the winer had 102 laps in the final).
