How do you get a bit char g motor to work in a zip zap? PCB swap? battery mod?

i bought a 3.8 for dragging. I use the nos motor for tracks.

I put a 2.6 in my Zip, works just fine. But I've heard that's the fastest motor you can run in a ZZ w/o the PCB swap.

I think you can get it to work with the no reverse mod and or the double battery mod.

The double battery mod increases voltage. You need more current too, and the only way to get that is PCB modding or swapping. Also note lower motors, like 2.2 work quite well, but i like ZipZap motors in Zips and Bit motors in Bits, things just work better that way.

Well, you are right, most motors work, but to work well they need more current.
