4.0 motor??? true or false???

i went to this site looking up shen qi wei's and read that there is a 4.0 motor!?!? is this true??? or is it just some guy trying to sell me a 3.8 for a whole lot more money...

ive seen a couple 4.0 motors it may be true but it could be a 3.8 with a diff. colored bottom cuz a 3.8 and 4.0 would be just about the same but you never know

Even if that is a 4.0 there probably isnt even enough torque to push it..

ya im definately not buying. just seeing if anyone else has heard of the fake motor. if i were to buy anything that fast it would have to be the new motor here actually. either that or a 3.5

Yeah the only two motors that interest me are the type R and a 3.5.

My stock panther 2.6 is faster than a MS 2.6

My local hobby shop has a 4.0 for sale with a dark pink plastic piece on the end for $14.99. I'm weary of it because of reading that the 3.8's have crappy torque. My LHS of course said that the 4.0 was FAST... The only place I'm interested in buying motors over the Tomy 2.6 is DKS (www.driftkingshop.com). I'm still waiting on my Darkside 3.4 though...
