no unless you do the PCB transfer...
but you will get a bit longer runtimes...

I dont think there is any...
The only way to use the 3.8 is a PCB swap...even with a double battery mod you might not be able to run the 3.8...as for th eno reverse mod I am not sure wat you are asking but here is a diagram of how to do the mod with an extra switch in it...which helps alot...(you can switch)

yeah that is the battery...you know what will tell you the whole procedure:
1: You see the yellow wire gooing from the motor(the metal thing connected to the motor) cut it in half.
2.get a switch with 3 of those solder tabs on the bottom...I will call them tab1, tab 2 and tab 3
3. the piece of wire that is going to the motor (yellow wire) solder to the center tab. or tab2
4. the yellow wire coming from the PCB solder onto tab 1.
5. now get a small wire preferably same gauge as the prvious wire and solder it to the + of the battery (i soldered it to the metal tab for the battery) and the other side to tab 3.
6. Now there it is the no reverse mod..with the ability to change back to normal with the flip of a switch.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Easier mod but cannot switch:
1. Cuy yellow wire by the PCB and connect it to the battery terminal.
If you cannot do it after this explanation then perhaps this mod isnt for you...

Just want to remind everyone that it is possible to TRY the 3.8 without modding the board, For those of you who want to see how the motor performs. you can build a simple transistor switch circuit to power the 3.8, this was the original purpose of the circuit but I haven't been able to get my hands on a 3.8 yet.
Check the bit science forum for "4.5 volt dragster" You don't have to use 4.5v just add a second battery just to power the 3.8
